I hadn't fired up the grill in two weeks since I got out of the hospital so I decided I earned a treat. Meet my 2.8lb cowboy cut ribeye. It was still a challenge cooking it given the numbness and tingling on my right side but boy oh boy did it turn out good.

That's an interesting setup you have there for small fire. That work out better than banking or those little weber kettle wings (or whatever you call them)?

I used my vortex on the 26. Worked great
