going to hang my ribs what's your take

im going to hang my ribs on saturday for a 4th of july party, is there anything i should know before doing so. i will hang for 2 and wrap for 1, just wanted to see if there is horror stories or nothing but good stories.

Nope. That's how I do mine. What are you cooking them in and what temp are you using? Have a feeling you'll be pleased with the results.

I have been hanging my ribs for the past 2 or 3 years. I have nothing but positive results. Good luck.
