Feast for the forth

Prairie Fresh ribs. No wrap, no sauce. Smoked with briquettes and cherry wood on the Weber Performer

Butterflied lamb shoulder. Cooked on Weber 26” to medium rare and served with a house-made Cilantro and Mint Chimichurri.

Yow! That looks amazing! For our 4th we made some bugers which had a little Q-salt thrown in the mix, and thias summer I've been making fries and hitting 'em with chicken salt and Q-salt. I am not losing weight. :tsk: But it's farkin delicious! :whoo:

Lamb looks outta this world good!

Prairie Fresh ribs are consistently good quality and one of the better commodity ribs imo.
