The best brisket I've ever cooked. I really worked on keeping my fire clean and my temps steady. I also cooked 2 pork shoulders, some chicken breasts, boudin and stuffed peppers. The brisket stole the show. It's also the first brisket on my new LSG. Coincidence?

Here's the chicken and boudin. I'm gonna make another post for the stuffed peppers since it was a recipe incame up with after I had a ton of leftover smoked chicken quarters. They deserve a post of their own.
