I haven't smoked anything in a bit so decided to do a pork butt and fatty. Butt is rubbed in Oakridge Secret Weapon Pork and Chicken rub and the fatty if my most requested, cream cheese with brown sugar and Oakridge Habanero Death Dust filling.
I also saw a recipe on one of the Keto sites I frequent (for when I decide I am doing Keto for a week or two) for an avocado stuffed with cheese, with hamburger packed around it and wrapped in bacon. The Keto site I saw just put this in the oven, I smoked it. I didn't have any burger thawed, so I used sausage instead. I used Jarlsberg cheese, which is a family favorite.
I have to say the avocado fatty was good but would have been better with hamburger. I sprinkled it with salt as I put the two halves together, but next time I would use more salt and use a rub of some kind.
The family loved everything, which is important.
