Kosmos Brisket Mop

Has anyone used this brisket mop from Kosmos? Thinking about adding this to my brisket when time to wrap.

I have I liked it & got complements on my brisket.
I followed Kosmos Brisket recipe with all of his products, turned out to be my best brisket ever

I really like his brisket mop. its concentrated so you can mix it with other liquids for a personal touch.

I've been using the special reserve brisket injection with success too

here's what I'd make to wrap with......Rick Salmon shared this sometime ago.

12 oz. can of beer
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup of water
½ cup Worcestershire sauce (I use Head Country Marinade)
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon beef base
2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned salt or rub.
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon MSG

Mix the ingredients and baste as necessary, or add approx. 3/4 cup of marinade when wrapping at about 165*.

LEAVE out the water, I use dales steak sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce. Use 1/2 cup when you wrap and don't use a dang lite beer, go full body.
