Not sure how to answer this. I eat other stuff, but I don’t stick to one thing. Here are a few non bbq photos of meals I ate that were in my photobucket.

Contrary to the basis of this forum, I love raw stuff too. Sashimi, steak tartare, carpaccio, lamb kibbee.

Clint-
Summertime finds me mostly grilling (burgers, steaks, pork chops, chicken) and my wife wants me to cook more veggies and fish so will be trying some new things on the grill. She's a great cook so I'm well fed with no complaints.

Last night was Greek salad, naan bread, hummus, and grilled lamb chops. One of our favorite summer weekday meals is a salad and grilled meat.

We eat a wide variety of things.
Mostly Italian food.

I have a small Facebook Group "World Wide Pasta Society"
where we post pics of Pasta dishes and other things.
Its a lot of fun to see everyone's dishes.

I try to eat relatively healthy. Lot of stir fries, lot of sheet pan dinners, usually fish with veggies. Lot of taco/fajita salads.

Don't be afraid. Raw lamb kibbee won't kill you. It's delicious and can be sort of artistic

Didn't feel like cooking anything after pruning limbs and feeding the burn barrel a couple of days ago. Chicken salad, cottage cheese w/pineapple, and tomato/cucumber salad. Washed it down with mango punch.

Yup! No different than steak tartare only better imo. I can honestly say that is my favorite food and one thing I'd ask for as a last meal.

I'm a meat and grill hoarder. Can't help myself. Pretty sure I'm not the only one. I will have to smoke some this weekend on that note.

I have major weakness for instant ramen and eat it several times a week. It's my comfort food.

Another is kimchi. I pretty much eat kimchi with every meal. Doesn't matter if it's BBQ, pasta, rice, fish, veggies, soup, etc. Gotta have my kimchi with whatever I eat.

Usually have 3-4 different varieties of kimchi in the fridge. All homemade.

what is Kibbeh

George,

Commonly, it's ground beef or lamb mixed with bulgur (cracked wheat in a nutshell) that is then formed into balls or patties. Served cooked or raw. I like both but prefer raw. Basically like steak tartare minus the bulgur. For raw lean beef like top round is finely minced and mixed with bulgur and spices.
