Lot's of folks from the South Bend ~ Mishawaka and SW. Michigan areas lurk here and never post but I thought I'd pass this along to you guys Shelton Farms in Niles has some outstanding choice Angus whole sirloin tips for $2.99lb.
We cut a few of these up for steaks already and they were good! Far better quality than the everyday select grade stuff they peddle the packer is Aurora Angus Beef.
