First I would like to thank all who served and especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

I had these pieces of tri tip left over from a recent burger grind,

dry brined with k-salt and hit with Naturiffic Q-salt

U-15 marinated shrimp and hit with Oakridge Smokey Chili Lime

after the meat was finished I flipped the grill grates fore the veg

all plated up, beats blew but the rest didn't suck

I've never been much of a beet fan but I love those pickled beets in a jar or can.
