Found a cute little rack of babybacks the other day when I was making my obligatory pass through the meat department at the grocery store....weighed in at a whopping 2.2 pounds. They're also from one of my favorite pork brands, Prairie Fresh. I like my babybacks sweet, saucy, and fall off the bone...no shame.

Hit em with Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon, then onto the Mak 2* for 4.5 hours. I basted them with a 50/50 mix of Blues Hog Original and Tennessee Red several times over the last hour, cranking the heat up to 320* towards the end to set the sauce and caramelize it a bit. They turned out really good, I ate the whole slab....no shame there either :becky:

They looked fantastic. And it’s America, at least for now, and it’s nobody’s. Business how many ribs you eat. :-)

IMO ribs dont reheat well, especially when sauced. I knew my duty and rose to the occasion :clap2:
