Decided on doing something different tonight so I did some beer brats on the grill.

First I cut up onions/peppers and put them in a cast iron skillet with brats, butter, beer, and some seasoning. Then I put the skillet on the grill for about 20 mins at 350.

Next I pulled the brats out and grilled them for about 10 mins per side.

Turned out great! Will definitely be doing these again!

Nice!

Jill is a brat junkie, I'll have to make your recipe for her, thanks for sharing!

Great looking food. You should try boiling your brats in Guinness some time.

Looking good, I've got a pack of Johnsonville brats I'm doing the same thing with tonight.
