View Full Version : Grilled Tuna & OH So Good

I kinda like this tuna, might even go back tomorrow to see if they is anymore of it. It really does cook up just like steak and eats kinda like it too. I do salmon ever now and then but just never got around to tuna but you can betcha bottom dollar this will not be the last tuna cook. I decided that Mr Yoshidas was a good match for tuna and marinated for 30 min in that stuff then coarse salt and pepper right before putting on the grill. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD

That looks real good. I too am a fan of grilled tuna.
You are right it does grill like steak and eat like steak---and around here at least, it costs like steak too.

Yoshida's is great on tuna! It looks good. Try some while and black sesame seeds on the outside. For my taste the tuna is overcooked, but that's me. Seared for me or no more than medium rare. The taters look good, also!

Ron, I would go for a medium rare for myself too. But as they say to each his own. My wife would be perfectly happy with Greendrivers doneness.
