Had my wife order a new pit bull fan while I was out of state working. When I tried it for the first time . There was hardly no air coming out.
I thought I wasted that money.
I contacted BBQ Guru & told them the problem. To my surprise they are sending me a new fan.
BBQ Guru takes care of there customer. Customer service department is outstanding.

I am sure you are aware that there is a slide adjustment on the bottom of the port. But regardless, customer service is top notch.

I agree with the customer service and check that slide to make sure the vent is open

Slide was wide open, even took it apart like Guru suggested to see if anything hang up on the fan. Put it all back together & still wasn’t hardly blowing any air out.
