Did a 15 lb brisket yesterday. Rubbed with salt and pepper and a little celery seed. A recipe I got from a harry soo video. And I sprinkled a little black ops I had left over. Smoked with red oak at 250 for almost 13 hrs. Luckily It was off the smoker and resting before the storms got bad. Made some brisket tacos for the first time. Will definitely be doing this again.

I used kosher salt course pepper and celery seed and then a little black ops over that. I used woostershire as a binder. I got the celery seed idea from a harry soo video I had watched. The celery seed really didnt add any more flavor to me but in the video harry said the celery seed will make you produce a better smoke ring. I think hes right cause I think the smoke ring turned out purdy darn good on this one. All in all it had a nice flavor
