It's been ages since I posted a cook, just got out of the habit and new ways to learn.This how we Iowegians pick out our pork T-bone chops!

My first of two daily Vodka Gimlets.

Gave 'em a rub of lime juice and salt, let 'em set for awhile and then pepper and garlic.

Put 'em on the performer indirect, let 'em melt inside.

Kind of a pain learning a new process with a new service but with Ron_L help, got through it.

The trick is to drink the wine before you drink the two daily Vodka Gimlets.

Bombay sapphire gin gimlet is my absolute favorite. Vodka will do in a pinch!
