Excuse the dirt at the bottom of the pooper I have no grass in the backyard so the rain kicks the dirt up

I didn't see any dirt, just some sprares about to become a great dinner!

Besides, if you had to cut the grass, you wouldn't have time to cook those yummy spare ribs. I say, let the smoke roll.

That's gonna be a great cook! How many more racks do you think you could fit?

Tell us about the rub.

I have so many I tend to use different rubs on each rack. Anyways 1 rubbed with WickedQue Sweet Georgia Heat, 2nd Kosmo's Q Dirty Bird Hot, and 3rd Oakridge Secret Pork and Chicken

Yes!!

I’m curious, since I always trim mine - how do you carve them up after cooking them whole? I can’t really tell from the money shot above (first pic after completion). Do you cut them all the way across, or trim the ends off? Looks awesome either way.

Mine should be coming off my smoker in a couple hours.

All the way across I love the ends
