Seeing all of the ribeye cooks made me want to get in on the fun. I decided to try a new set up for this one so I used the Weber 22" Kettle with the Vortex turned wide side up. Then I threw a single plank of Grill Grate over the top. Temps were hitting in the mid 700s when the steak went on.
About an hour before cook time I seasoned with SPOGOS and then a few minutes before it hit the grill I put a layer of BPS Double Secret on it. Very tasty stuff. I just wanted to see if I could get the cool grill marks, but next time I will flip the grate over and use Crosta to get the extra crosta
