I got chicken thighs in a jerk marinade. Used plenty madam Janet chili's in it, so it's gonna be hot, and tasty!
They go on tonight...
Not sure about Sat and Sun. My manager is on leave, so long hours....

Tonight is Phryday Phish Phry phor the wifey. She love phish!
Picked up some baby backs and a pork belly last night. Gonna phire up the stickburner phor those tomorrow. It hasn't seen a phire since Phebruary!
Thinkin about spinnin a duck over the coals on the kettle phor Sunday.

Now that I've got the chicken salt back in the cupboard I'm going legs and thighs on the kettle, along with the usual suspects of sauteed green beans with garlic and malt vinegar smashed potatos.

Happy Phryday Phu and Phellow Pharkers. This weekend will be a Music Festival/ Camping. Will be dutch oven cooking. Probably Chicken Pot Pie, Tater Tot casserole, Shephards Pie and Lasagna. Maybe biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast. Have a good weekend.

Working 7 days a week so it's probably going to be a pizza kind of weekend.
It did occur to me the other day that I haven't smoked cheese in along time. I scored 4lbs of various cheese on sale and may grab a couple more pounds. I think I can find time for cheese.

I'm blowing off my diet this weekend so tonight it's pizza on the blackstone. Tomorrow is a prime tri-tip I got from Creekstone and Sunday it's going to rain so I'm cooking inside. Cass and the kiddos are coming over so it'll be real mac and cheese with hot dogs, hamburgers and french fries.

Pepper Stout Beef Taco's. Chuck roast Super smoked for an hour, 275F till it reached 160F, then into the IP for 60 min with a cup of Extra stout, 2 cloves of smashed/minced garlic, and Worchestershire sauce served with sauteed poblano's, mini sweet peppers, and onions.

Just did some skin on thighs with the vortex. Ribeyes and Jerky Saturday and Ribs and Brisket on Sunday. A full weekend.
