Lamb Lollipops on my new PK

Been tempted to buy a PK Grill for a couple years, but when they came out with the PKGO Tailgate stand I nabbed one (I can pass this off as a camping/tailgate grill to the boss now). :mrgreen:

Did reverse seared Lamb Lollipops (big thanks to Adrenaline BBQ for their tips). Seriously couldn’t have turned out any better. Paired them with some roasted potatoes, onions, zucchini, and a nice bottle of Tinto.
