View Full Version : Tuesday Cook - First go at picanha

Picked up at Restaurant Depot. Sliced into sizes you see in first pic and skewered. Indirect on Weber kettle and then seared. Just olive oil, salt and pepper on the outside. Scored the fat some too before cooking. Couldn't be happier with the results.
