I lived in Pineville LA mid 70’s. There was a restaurant called Plantation Manor in Alexandria. They served the best soup and hush puppies with their buttery grilled red snapper. I think I may have found a paleo/Keto/BALi knock-off Of their soup. . I have the ingredients.after a Breakfast of Freeze dried veggies protein shake and two slices of Nekkid Fatty— Today’s menu starting to take shape.

Thanks Adam's, that looks delicious. I am going to show that to my wife...she likes asparagus and avocado really well, so it may be happening here!

It was a hit. We ate it all. Add in some grilled shrimp would be killer. Was grand as a side to the leftover steak (coconut tortillas). Wife made the remark that it’ll work with any leftover veggie. She’s right.

I love asparagus and never think to use it for soup. Thanks for the idea Adams, looks great!
