I tried out the reverse seat method, and I'm sold.

With artichokes, shrimp and pasta?

That's outstanding!

How do you keep the knife on the board like that?

Sorry I didn’t get a picture of it cut, but it’s was the same color red from top to bottom. It took almost twice as long to cook but the family said it was great.

I forget to rotate the picture before posting. Not sure why it does that on this forum. They arenít turned in the file.

Just teasing ya. I've found the forum doesn't seem to recognize the data that my phone and computer do about the photo being rotated. I have to open it, rotate it all the way around, save it, then upload it.

The meal looks great! i tend to focus on the mains and forget about the sides, so it's great seeing meals where the sides have thought put into them as well.

I tried out the reverse seat method, and I'm sold.I did the same thing 2 nights ago. We've been sold on chuck eyes for about 5 years now. They are way under rated in our opinion. They just can't be beat for the price and we always buy all we find in the meat case. They go like hot cakes around here. And we REALLY like doing the reverse sear thingy on our new pellet grill with sear box. Steaks done to perfection.

You did indeed do an excellent job of cooking and displaying the result.
