That is an interesting little grill. It reminds me of my inlaws hybrid grill that they can either use gas or charcoal on. It is shallow like that, so slow cooking is pretty much out. I do like the slide out ash pan though.

Well, SOMEBODY needs to step up and take one for the team so they can post up a review! I’m interested to see how easy and responsive the temperature controls are and what kind of max temperature you can get to sear steaks, 2-zone cooking, etc.. Sako, Baby Back Maniac, Adams or...?
