She wasn't Even Moldy this Time.......Charcoal thats been sitting in the Chute did take a few extra minutes of turbo fire blast to get going.......

P.S. When you close the firebox door and hook up the CPAP - it Works Better if you Open the Ball Valve.........:loco:

My Garage is a MESS. If any of yall want Brisket Lessons - we could Smoke a Brisket or 2 or 3 or 4 while having a Garage Cleaning Party............:heh:

Got home brisket had been in six hours 15 minutes - it was ready. Been Resting about an hour fixing to slicer up.......

Pretty Close to Decent........Flat is a Hair Dry but Tender - Select Cooked Hot n Fast Not Wrapped......But thats Ok cuz we like Sauce - Stubbs Original slighlty thinned........:heh:

My First Que' in about 5 weeks or so........:shock: I think New Years Day was the Last time........but I'm Not Sure.......I'd have to review my own posts........But that's Too Much work.......

Oh Ya - Took a Skunk Fishing but was only on the Water 3 hours, Gone 4 hrs total.......
