Had a spell of rain in the panhandle with no real end in sight, so I wasn't really planning to do this cook today. Checked the weather around 0930 and it looked like mostly light rain, so I went for it, obviously behind where I would want to be.

Got the meat on at 1045, cook averaged around 290 degrees. Panned and foiled the short ribs and butt around the five hour mark.

I cut up the hams, bag them and freeze them for future use. Most of it will eventually get diced up and added to scrambled eggs.
