Hello folks. My buddy and I both got new OK Joe Bravadas for Christmas. I am totally obsessed with it right now and cannot wait to put meat on it. We have been doing research and making ng the necessary mods to make it a great smoker. All of the seams are sealed, and gaskets on the doors. Fire bricks are on the way.
My buddy has an idea of adding extra stainless steel plates to the outside of the cooking chamber. He has access to surplus SS so cost is not an issue, but I wonder if it would be beneficial.
What do you guys think?
