Used some Santa Maria Seasoning to season the chicken this morning and went to church. Fired up the pellet grill after church and made some yumminess. :eyebrows:

Looks crispy! What temp did you use?
350°. Yes, it was crispy. I had my temp probe positioned wrong when I checked it and it was still 10 minutes from being cooked through, so it went back in, but it had a nice crisp for sure!

I haven’t tried any Santa Maria on yardbird, but yours sure looks perfect.

I wanted to try it and see how it ended up on chicken. I wanted to open the bag to try something different and didn't have beef this week to try it on. I was picturing it would come out better than a rotisserie chicken. I think it worked great!

For everybody who commented on the color, I have been very happy with my Pitboss since I got it, for making chicken pieces and whole birds look beautiful. I think there may have been tumeric in the Santa Maria Rub, that also helped with some nice color on this
