Stopped by a local specialty grocery I hadn’t had a chance to visit yet.
Found Creekstone Farms Hanger Steaks for a deal.

Added Q-Salt and some sautéed mushrooms and cooked it over the vortex.

This was off the hook good.

Very nice Hanger Steaks are the Butchers Filet only the Hanger has a better taste
