Yeah man … good meat for what 16Adams said and we're entering that time of year! (depending on where you live)

I smoked some on Wed, it went into chili yesterday and was excellent.
I cubed it, but I've also run it through the food processor to shred it.

Sliced thin and drip beef sandwiches. Tons of recipes online. My Bride (and DNA) won’t let me eat bread- but you could also use the new almond-coconut or mesquite flour tortillas for smoked braised wraps. BOGO’s are hit and miss here. If it’s a good deal look forward to what you do with it.

Ive noticed kroger jacks up the price on BOGO. Watched it go up $1.50/lb overnight on the last BOGO chuck roast

Cook it on the rare side, it will cook some more in the chili or stew.

I wonder what is better for stewed sliced beef sandwiches? There is always this section on a chuck roast that doesn't ever seem to get tender no matter how long you braise it.
