Hey all, now that we are in the thick of football season, I am thinking of ways to continue enhancing our tailgate! I was walking by one this past weekend saw a gentleman whipping up pizza after pizza on almost what looked like an insulated cabinet smoker that was propane fueled. I've seen the small portable pizza ovens but what was nice about this is that he had more than one going at a time which would accommodate a larger group better.

Has anyone had any experiences with cabinet smokers that take propane? Are they capable of doing both propane and charcoal if I want to switch between the two?

Also, anyone that frequently makes pizza that would have any alternate suggestions? Thanks all! Happy fall!

I should have ventured over and asked him specifically what he was using but I didn't want to be a bother. I know Masterbuilt has propane smokers but I've never used a Masterbuilt nor know the quality of their product
