My birthday was last week and a friend sent me one of the prime ribeyes he uses in his restaurant in NYC as a gift. He knew I'd like that better than any kind of gift card.

Gave it a coating of some Santa Maria Grill Seasoning I just got from Oakridge BBQ

Made my favorite side too. Bacon honey brussel sprouts. just tossed them in some olive oil and balsamic. then mixed in the bacon and chopped garlic.

Steak fresh off the grill and the roasted sprouts after being tossed in a honey balsamic glaze.

Happy Birthday to me! The Santa Maria is absolutely incredible. Gonna try either Carne Crosta or SPOGOS next.
