BGE store rolling chopping block

I recently was at an event at the Alpharetta, GA BGE store, and there were several portable chopping blocks\food trolleys. Does anyone know about them or where to get one? I saw them in the event space, not the retail store.

Though it is hard to get perspective, that looks really low for a chopping block. My back hurts just looking at it.

Perhaps find a chopping block you like and then figure out how to put it on a rolling stand.

Yeah, perspective is tricky. I didn't have a tape measure on me, but I'd estimate that it was about 3 feet high. Certainly not counter height.
