Have 8 thick cut pork chops and 2 pork loins chilling in some brine for my weekly smoke. My mid-life crisis is smoking meats so I will be posting pics tomorrow when I toss them on the WSM, and the after pics as well. Glad I found this site, yall have a lot of knowledge. Check back tomorrow for pics of tender juicy goodness. :grin:

I am born and raised in this area, lived here for all 40 years of my life.

I forgot to mention, I am wrapping the loins and the chops in bacon, little bit of swine on swine crime.
