Great looking plate K, have been thinking about giving those fried ribs a go. Picked up 5 full spares today, going to dress them out into St Louis cut and Tips for a cook on Saturday plus 2 birds, I'm sure there will be leftovers. Hunsaker has been sitting in the garage patiently waiting for an opportunity, going to get a workout on Sat.

Yep I did 8 racks on the Hunsaker on Saturday and had about 4 racks leftover lol. Perfect opportunity to give the fried ribs that I’ve been hearing about a try :thumb:

Yesterday I used egg wash and krusteaz :becky: Today I ran out of eggs and just sprayed with canola and dusted with said krusteaz.

In both cases they were only in the oil about 1min per side.

We like them better without the egg wash :clap2:
