Around 9:15am I pulled a 6.5# flat off the cooker at 190*. She was wrapped and placed in a cooler. There she will lay until about 11. From there she will be sliced and taken to the emementary school for a faculty lunch.

The temp of the 9.5# whole will be checked around noon.

The temp of the 5# Boston butt will be checked around 3pm.

The fatty rolled in Italian flavored bread cumbs should be go to go around 4pm.

I know I know, you want pics. They will appear after all is done and sliced.
