I had a little break in the rain this evening so I threw some Bacon wrapped Venison medallions and Chicken thighs on the Blackstone for dinner Went with some String Beans for the veggie side.:biggrin1:

Nothing too fancy, but quick and tasty!

Borrowing the grate idea! I've done chicken thighs on my griddle..outside is far done before the rest! Could be user error, but I'm liking that a lot!

Try starting them on low heat with a dome or foil pan covering them...can check IT then uncover and ram up the temp to finish with crispy skin. It's how I do wings and really thick SB breasts.
