Wondering if any of y'all have cooked on both and can say if you get the same flavor from the fat dripping on coals vs the vortex fan. Thanks!

ssv3 (aka Sako) would have an answer as to the delta between them, as he's got both a Hunsaker and PBC. If you check some of the threads he's done on his cooks with both, you should find what you need.
