Today was a practice run for an upcoming dessert contest at work. I wrapped the Brinkmann gasser with a beach towel to get the cabinet up to 350F.


The caramel pecan topping goes into the 9" deep glass pie pan first. Next time the whole halves go on the glass...

Looks Tastee to me!:thumb: Blue Bell or Breyer's French Vanilla is all I see missing!:clap2:As far as the 1/2s on the glass,that is why they call it "practice".You get to eat the mistakes!
