View Full Version : Cobbler at low heat?

See lots of cobbler recipes, but almost all of them call for temps in the +/- 375 range. Does anyone have experience, or advice, on cobbler recipes, times/temps on a cooker running at/about 275?

I've cooked a few on my pellet smoker and at less than 375 the crust wont brown, at least not for me.

Crust likes high heat.Bread,cobbler,pie.Good luck.Let us know if you find the magic.
