It has been a long time since my last smoke. My life has been so busy. Youngest so just graduated from Penn State, took a job with Baker Hughes as a driling engineer in their Northeast drilling operation. Oldest son moved outside of Philly as a chemical engineer. So here we go. 2 15 pound briskets, 3 spatchcock chickens,2 pork butts and 5 pounds of sausage.Going on the smoke in about an hour. Cooking on my Shirley 24x50 reverse flow stick burner using cherry splits. Will give updates.

First brisket sliced. Not my best brisket but far from my worst.
