Hey guys I am currently building a 500 gallon smoker. I have built two double barrel smokers in the past but they keep rusting out so here is my next option, it will be the last smoker i build for a while.
Specs- 500 Gallon Tank 37" wide by 102" long
Firebox size is 38x38x38 with two vents 3"x 10 will be lined with firebrick
Stack is 41" tall 8'' Diameter piping
I plan on two grates each door but I have not made it that far yet
Im hoping that it gets finished this week. Here is the album for everything. The trailer still needs raised and balanced for the tank, let me know if you guys have any suggestions that i need to address. If i can get my dad up here today to help me finish welding it, but he thinks he needs to work and make a living :roll:
