American Goulash-American chop souey. Anyway, The Wife’s request and as I don’t join her for supper-I did my best. Really no recipe to speak if. Just add items and seasoning.
Boiled some Mexican shell pasta
Shocked a few garden tomatoes and iced/removed skins
Set all that aside and browned ground sirloin same pot
Everything in the pot
Added Oakridge CC and sea salt/paprika while browning sirloin
About a 1/4 cup chopped purple onion
Squished the tomatoes and added 1/2 can tomato sauce
I added chile powder to mine, wife addd table salt

Looks good! One of my wife’s favorites. One of the chains up here was selling “Joes Goulash sauce”. Wasn’t bad
