View Full Version : Wanted a McRib Today

I wanted a McRib today, but I didn't want to go to the place that sells them. So I made my own. Started out with a rack of baby backs. Seasoned them with Zero to Hero and The BBQ Rub.

Smoked them at 265 for about 2 hours, wrapped for 2 hours and then glazed.

Popped the bones out and then cut in half both length and width.

Added the ribs, pickles and onions to a bun and yum!

Now that is a McRib that I would go for. I only tried a McRib once at the place that sells them and cannot see what all the hype is about. All you can taste is the sauce etc. Yours looks great. Thanks for posting.
