Tried a new method to me. Three hour smoke at 235 degrees or about and 1.5 hours wrapped in oven at 275 degrees,.

Those are good looking ribs. Very good color and finish. I could sure swallow me a mouthful of those.

Moister and less bark than 5 1/2 hours without wrap.
