2 racks of beef back on the M1 using cherry. Wanted to try something different and my butcher had these for ~$12

Yep, my Costco has these but I decided to get pre marinated this time. Pretty tasty with rice :thumb:

Of the 4 hours, how many of them were the back ribs wrapped in foil? Food looks great!

Thanks :thumb: Foiled for only about 20-30 minutes. I did not want to over cook since there’s not a lot of meat on them.
