Made some chopped pork. Used it for burritos, tacos, sammies. And my favorite thing to do with BBQ, left over lunch in the office. Love to see the reactions as the smell wafts down the halls.

Lookin good. I had some leftover smoked meatloaf yesterday at lunch and everyone was poking their head in my office to see what I was eating because of the smell.

I wrapped some leftover brisket from the contested in a tortilla with some of my sauce for breakfast this morning.

I chopped up some smoked chick thighs, peppers, scallions, garlic, mayo and mustard - Smokey Chicken Salad! It was great too.
