This morning I am using up leftover smoked pork loin to make a green chile pork stew with Bueno Autumn Roasted hot green chiles.
You introduced me to this fine company and their products are now a staple in my house. Always have a few containers of red and green chiles and some of their fine pork tamales in the freezer.
