Here was dinner tonight. Chicken wings, Jalapeno poppers, and bacon wrapped sweet pickled water melon rinds.
I used Chupacabra rub, A fine meat rub & season all, on the wings and they were really good. It was the first time I'd used this rub on chicken.
The Jalapeno's were fresh out of the garden and were the mild version.
If you guys have never tried the watermelon rinds, they are wonderful and kind of addicting. I went to a steak comp and a guy was cooking them and gave me a few to try. I forgot to take any pics of the stuff on the grill but here are the finished product.
