Pull the trigger! Only downside is your other grills will get near zero use. Upside is you can make so many things and so much of them at once. Heck, if nothing else it's worth it just for the amount of pancakes you can make at one time!

I didn't buy one, but I did send it to a buddy (he mentioned a blackstone on a call the other day, but then we were sidetracked by work crap) and by the end of our texting, he bought the griddle, the cover, and the tool kit.

Yup, it’s back up to $289.99... Pro tip: download the Slick Deals app (that’s the website I linked to). Tagging onto this thread, the 28” Blackstone would fit in my space better but has anyone heard the 2 burner 28” doesn’t get as hot or as even heat as the 4 burner 36”?

It seems like only 8” smaller but 2 less burners would heat worse unless the 2 burners are bigger. Anyone know?

In reading the Q&A on Amazon, there were several people that said they had converted theirs to NG. Just changed the orifice. Camp Chef sells a conversion kit for theirs, you might be able to just use it, or buy a Camp Chef.
