Estate sale buyer - "I'll give you $50 for this old outdated grill with missing parts".
Seller " SOLD!"

Dont worry,Titch. Based on the current bid I'm betting if you are the winner they will make an exception.

That's a lot of shipping considering the price it's up to!

I dropped out at $2025. Too rich for my blood.

By the way, it's fishy that 3 people with ratings of 3 or less have bid. I won't call shill bidding to jack up the price, but in my experience it is.

If any of you Brers are bidding on this, and you realy want it, be the bid behind the shill. Somehow, they never buy them item, and you "win" it.

Hey Titch - there's a discussion about this grill over at the Weber Kettle Club - the seller actually created an account and gave some pretty decent info. They said they WOULD ship it down under if the winner would agree to paying actual shipping costs.

For 2 grand they should hand deliver it. Still a cool piece, but wayyyy too pricey for me.

I agree about the shill bids. I’ve been on EBay for 20+ years....I wouldn’t bid on that.”Old does not equal value.” This was said on Pawn Stars. Just because something is old doesn’t make it valuable.
